Week's End Report - July 29th

Tip of the Week!

On August 15th the next session of IVYC110-SP will begin. This is the first step in the three step process towards online instructor certification. Prior to beginning IVYC110-SP, please make sure you've completed BBRD101. After successfully completing IVYC110-SP, you'll be enrolled in IVYC110-IL. The last step in the process is teaching (whether online or face-to-face) while simultaneously participating in IVYC112, which is a mentoring program.

There are no sections of IVYC110-IL remaining that will certify faculty to teach online in the fall. In order for a faculty member to teach online in the fall they must have successfully completed either
  • IVYC101 or
  • IVYC110-SP AND IVYC110-IL or
  • completed IVYC110-SP and currently enrolled in IVYC110-IL
Those faculty who are interested in teaching online in the spring should sign up for the next session of IVYC110-SP. They will have through the end of the fall semester to complete and as soon as they have successfully passed IVYC110-SP, they may enroll in IVYC110-IL.
